We cater to a range of budgets and situations, so you can pick the membership package that’s right for you. With any of our packages, you’ll receive a personalised program that’s regularly updated, one-on-one coaching, plus access to our 100Strong Facebook group (where we regularly post training tips, recipes, and interesting articles).

COVID-19

As of June 13th we will be back open for business baby!!

@100Strong our sessions have always been capped at six people. This means we are well under the current 10 people per class restrictions and our 48sqm gym gives us 8sqm per person of social distancing, well above and beyond current requirements. Hand sanitiser is provided upon arrival and equipment is sanitised after every session.

As for session times our timetable is changing to accomodate the needs of our clients. Please feel free to email or call Antoni anytime to have your questions answered or to organise your first session @100Strong training.

NEWBIE


Want a test drive? With this introductory offer, you get two private personal training sessions plus an initial consultation and personal fitness plan. You can either do it solo, or with a mate (for moral support). Either way you’ll get a good sense of what 100Strong is all about.

$100 (per person, 1-on-1)

This package is available for locals only and is required before joining in on our classes.

SWINGER


Not sure about your schedule? Why not swing in to whatever classes suit you, and pay as you go? You’ll get all the benefits of our Shared Sessions, including regular program updates and personalised coaching – but without the scary commitment.

REGULAR


For less than the price of a single PT session you’ll gain access to unlimited shared PT sessions each week. We’ll even start you off with a fully personalised precision nutrition plan.

BALLER


This is our regular plan with ongoing nutrition and lifestyle coaching. This includes weekly check-ins and a monthly private coaching session. For those who want a complete transformation and education in fitness, health and lifestyle.

LONG DISTANCE


Can’t make it to Manly on a regular basis? No drama. With the Long Distance package, you have access to one Shared Session every week, plus you’ll receive a program tailored to your needs that you can follow in your own gym. We’ll even include a weekly skype or call with your trainer to keep you on track.

PRIVATE


Prefer some intensive one-on-one training? Antoni has a small number of private spots available each week, open to those who are after a complete transformation. Whether you’re after weight loss, sports performance, functional body shaping or rehab/prehab we have you covered.
